Finding it: The OTHER main Thessaloniki intercity terminal — do not conflate with 9th km / Chalkidikis, a separate building. Thessaloniki Makedonia airport is about 16 km south-east of the terminal, on the far side of the city. Urban bus line 01X runs between the airport and the Macedonia KTEL terminal as its two endpoints, with line 01N covering the same pairing overnight; both pick up outside the airport arrivals building and set down at the terminal itself, so no change is needed. Walking is not realistic over that distance, and a taxi is the normal alternative if you are arriving with luggage or outside the bus service's hours. The railway station is about 2.6 km away.
Worth knowing before you rely on this: The address is agreed by three independent sources (gtp.gr, KTEL Trikalon's own stations page, and Greek directory listings) but the terminal's own site (ktelmacedonia.gr) does not itself print a street address on its contact page — the phone numbers and the hours come from that site, the street from the corroborating sources. The hours quoted are those published for the Thessaloniki desk; with 25 operators each running their own booth here, an individual operator's counter may keep different hours. No fax numbers were recorded.
