Finding it: Irakleio has two KTEL Irakleiou-Lasithiou terminals: this Central Station on Leoforos Ikarou, and a second Chanioporta Station at Machis Kritis 3 serving other routes — check which one your route uses.
Worth knowing before you rely on this: Operator's own "stations" page lists this as the Central Station (also called Ηράκλειο-Λιμάνι, i.e. the port-side station); no counter hours are published, only a 24/7 phone information line.
