Journey
Buses from Santorini's ferry port at Athinios, up to Fira have no published timetable: they wait for the ferries. Every arriving ferry is met, the ride up the switchback road takes about 20 minutes, and the fare is €2.70.
The buses wait on the quay for each ferry and leave when they are full, so there is nothing to time: walk off the boat, turn towards the buses, and get on. When a large ferry arrives several buses load at once and the last one may wait for stragglers; if you have luggage it goes in the hold. The road up to Fira is a series of hairpins and takes about 20 minutes.
Everything on Santorini routes through Fira, so for Oia, Kamari, Perissa or the airport you change at the Fira bus station; the connecting buses are on the timetable pages linked from this site.
The stop each leg leaves from and arrives at, with the address where we hold one, and the pin on the map.
